Meditation for Men is a four-week, online course designed to help men slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves in a grounded and practical way. This offering is for those who are new to meditation, returning after time away, or simply wanting a steady practice that supports calm, clarity, and presence in daily life.
Through guided breathwork, body awareness, and heart-centered meditation, participants learn how to settle the nervous system and stay present with what’s happening—without needing to analyze, fix, or explain anything.
