This class is for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply in need of a place to slow down. No prior experience is needed. You don’t need to know how to breathe a certain way, meditate, or “do it right.” You are welcome exactly as you are.

Each class offers simple, accessible practices you can return to again and again in daily life.

You don’t need to change yourself to take this class.
You don’t need to be calm to begin.

This is simply a place to pause, breathe, and be supported.
