This 75-minute session weaves together Mesoamerican tradition, ancient Egyptian self-knowledge, and intuitive guidance to help you understand yourself and your unique contribution to this world.

Soul Retrieval

There are times in life when you experience deep pain, trauma, grief, betrayal, loss, or emotional overwhelm. During these experiences, a part of yourself may withdraw for protection. Often, the part that withdraws is the very part you most need right now. This may be the joyful inner child, the free spirited self, the intuitive self, the courageous one, or the wise and deeply connected self.

This is a 2-hour online session that includes:

Private Cacao Ceremonies

Cacao is part of Bird's Mesoamerican lineage, and she loves to share the beautiful heart wisdom of this ancient (and delicious) plant medicine (aka chocolate). Private cacao ceremonies are available for individuals, couples, groups, retreats, and special gatherings, with each experience intuitively designed. Bird also offers monthly cacao ceremonies in the Denver area designed to create a grounded, heart-centered space for personal growth and reflection. These gatherings weave together ceremonial cacao, guided heart meditation, and intentional community to support emotional balance, clarity, and deeper connection with yourself and others.

This is an intimate opportunity to work closely and intensively with Bird, offered only to 2–3 students per year. Designed for those who feel called to go deeper, this personalized mentorship blends ancient wisdom with modern healing practices to support your unique life path.

Available as a 3- or 6-month journey, this mentorship is for those ready to learn deeply, remember who they are, and fully embody their life purpose.

To ensure depth, presence, and true care, Bird works with only one or two mentees at a time.
