The Medicine Wheel is used in many indigenous cultures. I work with a version from my indigenous Mexican lineage. The medicine wheel reveals a movement through life. In the West direction, you walk into the cave you are afraid to enter to find your greatest treasures and to transform what no longer serves you. In the North direction, you tap fully into your joy, allowing the nectar of life to lead you to your life purpose, guided by your ancestors.
