Spring Equinox Ceremony
We will gather from 10:00am–3:00pm for a full day of ceremony, connection, and embodied presence.
Our time together will begin with a morning cacao ceremony (I will be preparing lilac-infused cacao!), opening the heart and grounding us in intention, followed by a channeled drum journey and sacred circle to listen, share, and be witnessed in community.
We will then enjoy a nourishing ancestral lunch, lovingly prepared by me, created to honor lineage, season, and the simple medicine of being fed together.
The afternoon will invite us into a creative art and writing experience, offering space for reflection, expression, and integration, followed by gentle movement to awaken the body and anchor what has been stirred throughout the day.
This is a day to slow down, to remember, to celebrate the turning of the season, and to step together into the Time of the Heart.
**Cacao—where our beloved chocolate originates—is an ancient plant medicine that has been honored and used ceremonially in Central and South America for thousands of years. It was a sacred part of the traditions of my indigenous Chichimeca Mexica ancestors, and it is a deep joy for me to share this medicine with you in a respectful and intentional way.
When prepared and received with care, cacao is known to gently open the heart, support intuition, and invite a sense of calm and presence. It can help ease anxiety and low mood, uplift energy, enhance creativity, and bring a feeling of balance to body, mind, and spirit.
***Note: Pricing is offered on a tiered basis to honor accessibility, reciprocity, and the many ways we support one another in community.
Tier 1 — Financially Stable
You are comfortably meeting your basic needs and have the capacity for occasional or regular extras. This tier helps support the sustainability of my work and future gatherings.
Tier 2 — Financially Stretching
You are meeting your basic needs, though finances may feel tight at times. You can participate with some intention and care around spending.
Tier 3 — Community / Supported Rate
You are navigating financial hardship and do not currently have ease with extras or savings. This tier is offered so you can still join in community without added stress.
