Welcome to the HEART Community Membership. The HEART Community Membership, Bird Mejia website and all related services are owned and provided by Art of Balance LLC. By visiting the site, registering for, purchasing, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 

Nature of the Services. Our offerings are for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. 

Personal Responsibility. You are wholly responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and for all actions and decisions you take based on our services. You agree to engage in good faith and to indemnify and hold The HEART Community, Bird Mejia, and Art of Balance LLC harmless from any claims arising from your participation. 

Age Requirement. The services are intended only for consenting adults of at least 18 years of age. By using the site or services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are participating at your own risk. 

Sales, Payments, and Refunds. Unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable. Access to digital services is considered fully delivered upon payment.

Intellectual Property. All content, courses, recordings, and related materials are the exclusive property of The HEART Community, Bird Mejia, and Art of Balance LLC and its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license for your own use only and may not copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content, nor use it to train AI models, without explicit written permission. 

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The HEART Community, Bird Mejia, and Art of Balance LLC and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

I acknowledge that I am here to inspire my own personal growth and transformation as a human being. I take full responsibility for my individual experience and outcome associated with the HEART Community Membership. Under no circumstances will The HEART Community, Bird Mejia, and Art of Balance LLC be held responsible for my actions or circumstances. My heirs, guardians, legal representatives and l hereby and forever release, waive, and discharge any claims against The HEART Community, Bird Mejia, and Art of Balance LLC and any of their associates, affiliates, or family. Under No Circumstances Shall The HEART Community, Bird Mejia, and Art of Balance LLC be Liable for Any Damages that Result from the Use of or Inability To Use the Services of The HEART Community, Bird Mejia, and Art of Balance LLC. User Hereby Acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, courses, and services available through The HEART Community, Bird Mejia, and Art of Balance LLC.

I acknowledge that this program’s intention is to provide information and education, as well as a sacred space of trust and privacy for those involved. As a member of the HEART Community Membership, I agree to honor the sanctity of confidentiality while immersed in the HEART Community. I agree to maintain said confidentiality for the duration of my human existence.

I acknowledge and accept that I take full & sole responsibility for myself and all decisions, choices, actions, and results before, during and after HEART Community Membership. There are many factors that influence my success, so no guarantees are made as to the results I will experience through the HEART Community.

I acknowledge that the HEART Community Membership does not allow for cancellations or refunds of any kind. Should I decide at any point that I no longer wish to participate in the HEART Community Membership to any extent, I do so with the complete awareness that I will not receive compensation of any sort or a refund of previous payments in any amount. 

I have carefully and thoroughly read and understand this agreement. I am aware that by checking this box, I am agreeing to and I am legally bound to the aforementioned statements.
