By booking or participating in any class, workshop, training, event, or private service offered by Bird Mejia / Art of Balance LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 

Personal Responsibility & Release of Liability 

I understand that all offerings are intended for personal growth, education, and well-being. I take full responsibility for my own experience, choices, actions, and outcomes before, during, and after participation. I understand that no specific results are guaranteed. 

I voluntarily assume responsibility for my participation and release Bird Mejia and Art of Balance LLC, including their associates and affiliates, from claims or liability arising from my participation or use of their services, website, or online content, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

Confidentiality 

I agree to respect the privacy of others and maintain the confidentiality of personal information and experiences shared during classes, workshops, trainings, and group gatherings. I will not share another participant's stories or personal information without their permission. 

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds 

All bookings and payments are final and non-refundable. If I choose a payment plan, I agree to complete all scheduled installments, regardless of whether I continue participating. 

By completing my booking or purchase, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these terms.
