I acknowledge that I am here to inspire my own personal growth and transformation as a human being. I take full responsibility for my individual experience and outcome associated with this cacao workshop or any of Bird Mejia's teachings. Under no circumstances will Bird Mejia, or Art of Balance LLC be held responsible for my actions or circumstances.

My heirs, guardians, legal representatives and l, hereby and forever release, waive, and discharge any claims against Bird Mejia/Art of Balance LLC, and any of their associates, affiliates, or family. Under No Circumstances Shall Art of Balance, LLC, or Bird Mejia be Liable for Any Damages that Result from the Use of or Inability To Use the Services of Art of Balance, Inc., including the birdmejia.com website and all social media venues, including but not limited to reliance by a user on any information obtained from birdmejia.com website or social media venues. User Hereby Acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, courses, and services available through Art of Balance, LLC.

I acknowledge that this workshop's intention is to provide information and education, as well as a sacred space of trust and privacy for those involved.  I agree to honor the sanctity of confidentiality while immersed in Bird Mejia's workshops or services. I agree to maintain said confidentiality for the duration of my human existence.

I acknowledge and accept that I take full & sole responsibility for myself and all decisions, choices, actions, and results before, during and after this workshop. There are many factors that influence my success, so no guarantees are made as to the results I will experience through this experience

I acknowledge that Bird Mejia's workshops do not allow for cancellations or refunds of any kind. I recognize that the space which I have agreed to occupy is a highly sought after position. Should I decide at any point that I no longer wish to participate, I do so with the complete awareness that I will not receive compensation of any sort or a refund in any amount. If I have chosen the payment option, I agree to complete all payment installments as scheduled.

I have carefully and thoroughly read and understand this agreement. I am aware that by this purchase, I am agreeing to and I am legally bound to the aforementioned statements.
